OUR PHILOSOPHY:

Mind Body Connect can enable you to explore and enhance all areas of your life through a unique range of physical training programs and personal growth workshops.

This holistic approach addresses some of the obstacles that get in the way of you achieving your goals such as ‘ fear of letting go of old self’ ‘Fear of getting what you want’ ‘fear of success’ ‘fear of change’ 

The service is designed to explore, and identify the relationships you have to yourself, others and environment that may be impacting on your mind and body functioning. This may include the relationships you have with your

  1. physical self (body, exercise, weight, food, addictions, health, relaxation, stress,  breathing and movement,)
  2. creative self (spontaneity, imagination, fantasy, problem solving, self expression)
  3. mindful self (spirituality, emotions, thoughts, insight, values, faith, beliefs, being present)
  4. Social self, (family, friends, work colleagues, authority, peers, partners, animals, people)
  5. Environment, (work, lifestyle, home, play life, travel, creative world,  nature universe)
