What Women Want is a service for women

The young mum who may need some support,
guidance and
nurturing after becoming a mum.
The working woman who may struggle to find
balance in her
life or who finds it difficult to find
time to attend to her physical
and emotional needs.
The mature woman who has always attended to
everyone’s
needs except her own -and has never
allowed herself the time
to explore and express her own physical and emotional needs
and
desires.
The program is designed to address many of the
underlying
factors that impact on a woman’s
physical and mental health
such as her relationship to exercise, nutrition, diet, body,
relaxation, stress,
lifestyle, others environment and essentially herself. |

This may be done in a one to one environment or
in small groups.
