Want Women Want provides a unique training
haven for a woman’s mind and body,incorporating
a combination of mind body training, lifestyle
coaching, personal training and small group
training.

What Women Want is a service for women
interested in making physical, emotional
and spiritual and lifestyle modifications such as:

The young mum who may need some support,
guidance and nurturing after becoming a mum.

The working woman who may struggle to find
balance in her life or who finds it difficult to find
time to attend to her physical and emotional needs.

The mature woman who has always attended to
everyone’s needs except her own -and has never
allowed herself the time to explore and express her own physical and emotional needs and
desires.

The program is designed to address many of the
underlying factors that impact on a woman’s
physical and mental health such as her relationship to exercise, nutrition, diet, body, relaxation, stress, lifestyle, others  environment and essentially
herself.

Personal training
An individualized exercise routine tailored to a
woman’s specific needs.

Group personal training
Group exercise
Mind Body Connect Training

This combination is movement and exercise with
lifestyle coaching, holistic healing, goal setting,
activity plans, life-mapping, breath work, stress
management, personal development, creative
expression and self exploration.

This may be done in a one to one environment or
in small groups.
